Responsibilities of the Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is responsible for:
- Managing township roads and infrastructure
- Approving the annual budget and expenditures
- Setting township policies and regulations
- Overseeing township employees and departments
- Representing the interests of township residents
- Conducting regular public meetings
Responsibilities of the Fiscal Officer
The Fiscal Officer is responsible for:
- Managing township finances and keeping financial records
- Preparing the annual budget
- Processing payroll and payments
- Filing required financial reports with the state
- Attending board meetings and keeping meeting minutes
Board Meetings
Regular Meetings:
Date: Second and 17th day of each month. If the dates falls on a weekend, the meeting will be held the following Monday.

Special Meetings:
Special meetings are scheduled as needed and posted in accordance with Ohio Open Meetings Act.
All meetings are open to the public. Residents are encouraged to attend and participate. Meeting agendas and minutes are available upon request.
